The class of 2008 shouted for joy when they completed Junior High School. I was very confident they would make their senior High School has they shouted ” Weygeyhey, Holyco, Botwe, Augusco” here we come.
The class of the “intellectuals” as they called themselves were the third batch of students passing through the school. So much was expected of them after their predecessor had made the school proud with their wonderful performance in their B.E.C.E that made the school to be ranked the third best school in Tema Municipality, however, no one had ten ones which this graduands promised to be the first batch to produce.
The journey to this point hasn’t been easy for this class, series of test were always organized for them every morning at 6.00am with punishment meted out to those who were late. Teachers even had to meet them on Saturdays and Sundays to put finishing touches prior to their examination. So I don’t begrudge them for their jubilation for having finished their last paper. It’s my prayer that they will have all the course to shout even louder when the results is released.

i am a student of mayflower preparatory school,i just completed this year 2008.i was very excited.i was also happy that i wrote 2008 BECE at mayflower preparatory school.right now i will be very happy if i see all my friends again and always cos i really miss them.they are very nice.they were very nice to me at school.they friends i will never forget.
To do anything truly worth doing, I must not stand back shivering and thinking of the cold and danger, but jump in with gusto and scramble through as well as I can.
